To all bloggers out there, one of the most important aspects of your site is the RSS feed -- this is a power tool many of readers use to quickly aggregate information from across the web (including your site if you are smart!). 1.) 2.) Stop with the one-line summaries in the RSS trying to lure readers to your site so you can try and generate ad revenue! You will most likely fail, and your post will be ignored all together!
3.) Segment your content somehow! Use pictures, bullet-points, or subheadings. Most readers are sifting through hundreds (if not thousands!) of posts daily looking for the good stuff, and will whiz by your college essay quicker than they ignore the one line summary!
